you never know where you'll find inspiration. this quilt is inspired by the brickwork of a local school, highland elementary, which we pass every day while walking our dog moz.

available in my etsy shop here. you pick the colors and i'll make one just for you :-)

a few weeks ago we met my family at some antique stores in adamstown. you can't drive a mile without passing approximately 13 antique stores, it's heaven. i saw lots of cool things, including quilts.

i LOVED this folk art piece, but it was huge and my house is little. but the other day i thought of one place it MIGHT fit, so i want to go back to check it out.

and how about this for merchandising?

my love of flea markets is no secret. you just never know what you'll find, but you know it will be awesome. i found this locket at a flea market years and years ago and have been wearing it a lot lately.

this weekend i finally got around to putting a picture in it. dave and i circa 2001.

yay for accomplishing things you've been meaning to do for years.
